A collaboration between Jilin, China and Sabah in the 2024 Jilin-Sabah’s Online Children Art Exhibition, coordinated by Sabah Art Gallery has been established and has successfully garnered a total of 52 winners (25 from Sabah and 27 from Jilin, China respectively) with participants’ ages ranging from 7 to 15 years old. The competition is held to celebrate a decade of Sabah and Jilin, China’s diplomatic relations. This is undoubtedly an invaluable cultural exchange that not only serves as a reminder of friendship, but also strengthens the relationship through art.
