Achievements

• 1959
  • The best Scroll Design Award given by the North Borneo Education Department. The Scroll was presented to the British Family on behalf of the North Borneo School Children.
• 1989
  • Given the responsibility to help redesigning Sabah’s state flag and crest.
  • Designing state official tie for ministers and civil servants
  • Designing a new official tie for ministers and civil servant.
• 1991
  • Designing more state official ceremonial uniforms
  • Involved in various other committees and activities especially those which involve art activities such as painting competitions, seminars, workshops and so on organized by governments and non governmental bodies.
• 1994
  • Appointed as the Chief judge for the Malaysian Landscape Painting Competition 1994 organized by the National Art Gallery.
• 2001
  • Awarded “Seni Tampak – Anugerah Budaya Negeri Sabah 2001” by The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
